LOVE my new DSLR

So I got a new dslr camera! I am super excited about it! It takes great pics and has a ton of different settings. Here's a few fun pics of the end of summer.

Haha...love this pic. We were getting ready to leave out the door to get icecream so we told kayli to go get her shoes on. 5 minutes later she is still in her room so I go to see what the hold up is and she's frantically running around trying to find her rings, purse and glasses. Her choice of shoes was hilarious and the way she pulled her lacy socks all the way up to her knees.

And another birthday... Kayli's other cousin Shae turned 2!





Brittney came for a visit and took all the kids for a ride on the golf cart! So now Kayli has this obsession for driving almost every time we go somewhere in the car thinking she HAS TO drive... major tantrums when we trap her in her car seat. We ask "do you have a liscense?" She says "No", We ask "You have to be 16 to drive, how old are you?" She says, "One!" (oh geez, who has been teaching her that she is 1??) And Thanks britt for making her think she is old enough to drive!! :)

Our Summer

We've had a fun and busy summer. I just finished up with summer school, yay I finally have some free time. Brandon is still liking his job, that's a good sign. Kayli is growing like a weed and is such a smarty pants. Enjoy the pics.

Mountain Biking...we haven't found too many trails that aren't too hard or too easy. But we enjoy riding together.

Hopefully fall semester will be a little more relaxing for me so I can keep up with things. I am excited to spend 2 weeks with Kayli and want to give her my undivided attention!

I loved that we got to celebrate the 4th all weekend. I didn't get any pictures from saturday unfortunately. Saturday we went out to Hooper and spent the day with Brandon's family and had a cookout, played volleyball and watched hooper fireworks. On Sunday we went to my uncle's and roasted hot dogs over the fire. On Monday Shan and Jon came to watch the parade in Perry with us. It was right in front of our house and we were one of the first ones so we got a TON of candy. It was actually a really good parade. Brigham city fireworks were nice and long.

Camping at South Fork

We went camping with cousins at South Fork a few weeks ago. We rode bikes, played by the river, and went to Pineview Dam to play on the beach. I didn't get any pictures of you that went. If anyone took some, send me them please :)

Kayli graduated from potty training!

She filled her chart full of stickers and recieved her Tinkerbell Doll! I am so proud of her. She actually filled it up about a month ago but I'm slow posting it. She is really pretty good about going to the bathroom. It took about a month and a half for her to really get it down...going on camping trips didn't make it any faster either. :) Yay for Kayli!

We got to spend a few days in Bear Lake, unfortunately Brandon was not able to come due to no accrued time off. The first day was sunny so we went swimming. The next few days were rainy, but we still made the best of them. I went on a mountainous bike ride with my cousin Mike...his bike broke right when we started coming down the huge hill we biked up! We sat in the hot tub at the cabin and watched movies.
