Visit from Brandon's Family

Brandon's parents came up this past weekend and brought Torie and Haley with them. We went to the drive-in on Friday night. On Saturday we spent the day at the beach and rested that night and had pizza and watched some movies. I'm so glad that family comes to visit us. We do love to go to Utah to visit but the drive gets to be a killer if you do it too much. :D
Thanks for coming to see us!

Karin came to visit!

Brandon had to go to Boise all week for work so I made Karin come stay a few days until she had to go back to work. We did a lot of fun things with her and were very glad to have her here!

We went to Jefferson County Lake park in Rigby and played on the beach.

We rode bikes around the neighborhood...not too exciting of scenery but we didn't have Brandon around to load the bikes on the car.

Thanks for coming to stay Karin!! We love you to pieces!

Summer Fun (July Update)

My parents came up to see us for the 2nd time since we moved in. We did a lot of fun things with them. Kayli was so excited to see her grandparents.

We went camping at Palisades about 40 minutes away from our house. It was beautiful and by the river.
Here is Kayli eating a yummy s'more.

Kayli and mommy by the river.

Blowing a weed.

My mom and dad in front of the campfire. Haha my dad was trying to stick his gut out the farthest.

Kayli and her daddy playin'.

Before we went up camping we went over to the Sandy Downs area and watched Brandon play MUD VOLLEYBALL. Oh yes, it definitely was dirty! He got a team together with his work. It was single elimination so they won the first game and lost the next.
Brandon is in the grey shirt behind the net (looks like he's gonna get smacked in the head real good).

Awesome serve!!

The final result. What's up with that? I don't think he did any diving!!

We also played FRISBEE GOLF the first night my parents were here. If you haven't ever played, you gotta try it out. It's an actual sport where people compete. They have frisbee sets, kind of like golf club sets, that you can buy.
Woah grampa!!

Mommy and Kayli...CHEESE!

So much fun!!

These last pictures are from the 4th of July. We hung out with some friends from our ward. Did you know that Idaho Falls fireworks are the best in the west?? You should come see them with us next year! Maybe we'll watch them by the Snake River, but make sure to bring your bike because we are not gonna drive in that traffic!
Daddy and Kayli watching the fireworks!

Here is Pete and Dana (We just realized that my step grandpa is her grandpa!! Small world and crazy we met!)

Kayli watching the parade next to Jonas (Dana's boy).

Yay for parades! (and suckers!)
