What we've been up to!

We moved into our new place a few weeks ago. We are renting a house in
Perry. We love the neighbors already! They've all gone out of their way to meet us and make us feel welcome. We hated unpacking everything knowing that this is only a temporary spot to live. Every other place has been temporary and we've basically only lived at each location for 1 year or less, but this one is hard since we know for a fact we're moving again soon. We are sick of moving and everyone is sick of moving us. We hope we only have to move 1 more time ever! (Wishful thinking) Anyway, here's a few things we've been doing besides unpacking and cleaning the house nonstop...

Brandon had some meetings for work in salt lake so me and kayli went and spent the day at the temple and the gateway. Kayli loved the christ statue in the visitors center.

Kayli is such a cute mommy! She rocks her baby, sings to her, kisses her, and even puts her in time-out.

Last weekend we were in Tremonton for Brandon's work yard sale so we visited Shanna and spent the evening with her family. Here is some pics of Kayli and Kinlee playing together. They got along great most of the time.

Brandon is liking his new job in Tremonton. He has alot less stress and yes I do get to see him more. He's not on the phone all the time when he is home and he isn't always worried about work. He thinks he wants to start up a new hobby of golf. Hmm...could it be because of his career choice?

I am finally getting IV certified this week! I am taking the classes for it at Mckay and then I'll have to pass off my hours. Anyone let me practice on them? :) Then I'll be taking 2 classes at Weber State starting next week. I am so excited I finally get to move on with my schooling! I keep having to take unexpected breaks and it is definitely slowing me down, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise. I will be trying to get a job here as well. Not much out there right now but if anyone hears of any LPN jobs please let me know.

Kayli is her busy self! I already told you about her love for babies. She is building a huge vocabulary. She talks in sentences and tries to act like adults. Her favorites are her purse, her phone, her baby, chapstick and her blanky (still).

Easter!!

Easter was really fun this year. Kayli knew a little bit more of what was going on. She made a super cute bunny too, check out the video at the end. She'll do whatever her aunts tell her to do.

So exciting!!

Here is Kayli as a bunny. This video doesn't really do it justice.

St George

We got to spend a few days in St George last week. The weather was perfect the whole time until the drive home. Brandon was in meetings and golfing all day for the health convention, while me and Kayli went swimming, went for bike rides, and played with my cousin Brittney and her baby. It was a fun little trip for us.

This is at Brittney's house. Brittney made us lunch and entertained us the first day! We were grateful for her!

A visit to the temple! Kayli thought it was awesome.

I took Kayli on a bike ride. This was our destination.

I loved the scenery!

This is the ride home. She was exhausted from swimming everyday, playing in the sun and having no naps!

A busy month!

The month of March has been a busy one!
The first 2 weeks of March Brandon was working at his new job in Tremonton while me and Kayli stayed in Idaho Falls to try to find someone to move into our house. We luckily found an awesome family, or I should say they found us. They wanted to move in as soon as possible. We are a little nervous about renting our home but maybe in a year or two we'll try to sell it, hoping the market goes back up.

This is our 6th time moving in our whole 4 years of marriage! We have been blessed with supportive family and friends that help us move every time! All our stuff is currently in storage and we're living with my parents until we find a good house to move into.

Life is going to pick up fast here in the next month. I will be getting ready for my IV certification class and will be taking a few classes at WSU in the summer and will apply to the RN program in the fall. Brandon wants to go back to school as well. He will most likely be going to UofU to get is MHA/MBA. I am also looking to get a job here as soon as one comes up. Anyway this is our life for now. We're excited to head to St. George on Sunday for Brandon's Work Convention. Then hopefully we'll have a house to move into by next weekend!

At the Park
Kayli is going to be a soccer playa!!

Kayli and Issac coming down the slide!!

We spent Wednesday at the park with my friend Joslyn and her son.

Happy Birthday to Brandon!!
Brandon and his cake, RED RED CAKE.

Yay! A blu ray DVD player!! He got a ton of new blu ray dvds from me and family! He as super excited about it!

Kayli loved helping open the presents of course!

72 balloons! Me and Kayli pumped these up the night before. It was something for us to do during the whole week he was gone! We did buy a balloon pump, but even that was a good work out for my arm!

Notice our empty walls. This was the night before we moved out of our beloved home!! :(

Brandon turned 28 on the 12th of March. I was super glad his birthday was on a Friday so we could spend it with him.

We went CRUISIN'

Our Ship, Carnival Paradise!!

Our First night, Brandon enjoying the sushi bar! (Does it look as though he's trying to flip me off for taking his picture? ;))

Our second day we stopped at Catalina Island, off the coast of CA. I thought this place was so cute! We mini golfed here and walked around the stores.

That night was Formal Night...Of course I wanted to dress up! (There were photographers all over the ship wanting to take our pictures. We only bought a few since they were so expensive.)

Our 3rd day we went to Ensenada, Mexico. It wasn't very warm here :( We rented a golf cart for the day. We drove to the Blow Hole (a main tourist attraction) and shopped around all the flea markets.

(We made friends with a couple that dined with us everynight on the ship and they wanted to see the blow hole too, so we took them with us!)

....and here it is!!!

Brandon only wishes I was this HOT!!

The last day was a 'Fun at Sea' day. We relaxed in the sun, ate, soaked in the hot tub, ate, gambled, ate, made out in the sunset, and ate! :)

Our favorite dessert of them all... Chocolate Melting Cake!!

And this is the picture of the main lobby. It's awesome cuz it shows how many levels there are on the ship almost (13 levels!!). The ship is huge and it was so much!

There was always something going on. We weren't bored for one minute of the day. We watched comedy shows, dancers, singers, played bingo for money, listened to live bands, and ATE!! Haha, we did eat alot though!

Talecia and Jason are married!

What a gorgeous couple Talecia and Jason are! They got married in the Logan Temple on February 10th. Talecia looked gorgeous in her dress and the reception turned out beautiful as well. I LOVED Kayli's dress she got to wear. She looks super cute doesn't she?! :)
